True Fit is looking for a customer relationship professional skilled in seeking, acquiring, and retaining partnerships within True Fit's network of brands and retailers. The ideal candidate is determined, highly motivated and proactive. The role requires a consultative approach that fosters a deep, value-driven relationship, driving engagement through active participation and adoption of True Fit products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build consultative, high-trust relationships with executives in management, sales, production and design teams for True Fit’s network of brand partners
  • Grow True Fit’s platform through data acquisition by establishing new brand partnerships and increasing participation from existing brand partners
  • Drive adoption of True Fit’s proprietary backend brand interface for managing brand’s product data and True Fit’s Insight product.
  • Retain and nurture deep, collaborative relationships with brand partners
  • Generate new sales leads for Sales Team, by helping to convert brand partners to customers
  • Manage hundreds of brand accounts concurrently and be the face of True Fit in market
  • Troubleshoot partner issues with white glove service; and delight partners through high-touch support to maximize participation and performance
  • Influence the development of new products through collaboration with Product and Partnership Teams
  • Promote and sell True Fit’s new Insight product to brand partners

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years professional experience
  • Passionate about the apparel & footwear industry
  • Experience in sales, retail, account management, or client support preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a proactive selling and/or retention role
  • Entrepreneurial – thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Highly motivated, inspired overachiever. Strong desire to exceed expectations and ability to work extended hours when required
  • Operates with integrity; no exceptions
  • Ability to think strategically under pressure triaging multiple time sensitive issues at once
  • Outstanding oral, written, presentation (MS Powerpoint), and public speaking (executive level audience) skill set
  • Able to travel up to 30%
