We are looking for a client-focused pre-sales or consultant professional who is passionate in developing and providing solution proposals and consultation to True Fit prospects and clients. The role requires a solid technical knowledge, problem solving skills, business understanding, and a desire for helping our clients win. Reporting to the Managing Director Europe, this individual will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical Consultant for True Fit solutions in the EMEA region. 

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong credibility during the pre-sales engagement by delivering key insights, articulating True Fit differentiation and crafting solution based on an intimate understanding of a retailer’s portfolio, challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of True Fit’s products, solutions and value propositions.
  • Act as technical pre-sales lead and work closely with the sales team on creating and presenting proposals and pitches for new business.
  • Work closely with retailers to understand and gather requirements and provide solution proposals.
  • Manage the technical response to RFx’s by liaising with Sales, Product and any other internal departments as required.
  • Facilitate smooth transition of retailer’s requirements from sales to the Project Delivery and Client Success teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Platform Analytics team to craft optimal testing solution during pre-contract phase.
  • Support Client Success and Sales by leveraging new and existing product functionality knowledge to expand accounts.
  • Assist the delivery team as an in-region technical resource during retailer projects as needed.
  • Provide input to the Product team and internal stakeholders to ensure to continued evolution of True Fit’s products, solutions and documentation.
  • Enable EMEA client facing goto market teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Delivery) on the True Fit solutions and new features and functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Solution Consulting, preferably in the digital retail/commerce industry.
  • Ability to think on your feet, quickly making linkages between prospect business challenges and product capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and solution proposals to a broad audience, from technical to executive.
  • Passion to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, problem solve and make decisions
  • Excellent technical aptitude and ability to understand concepts quickly
  • Experience in Retail industry, preferably in fashion and footwear vertical.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, API design and usage, relational database management systems preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in applicable field and/or relevant work experience.
  • Additional languages beside english preferred
  • Ability to think outside the box and a passion for fast pace environments.

This role will require 50% (+/-) travel predominantly within, but not restricted to, the EMEA region.
