Who We Are
At True Fit, we believe when it comes to fashion, it’s all about the details.
True Fit’s personalization platform is strategically leveraged by 250 global retail sites, representing 17,000 brands and 175 million registered users. Since 2010, we have built the world’s largest data collective connecting consumers with apparel and footwear they will love and keep.
As our data collective continues to grow, so does our team! Let’s disrupt this $3 trillion industry together.
True Fit is looking for a talented consumer-focused UX Designer to work full time out of our downtown Boston headquarters. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product management and creative team members to develop new and improved consumer experiences that drive sizing and style recommendations for the online retail sites of customers. In addition, you will work to enhance the data visualizations within our B2B reporting suite.
Our team’s mission is to connect shoppers to apparel and footwear that they will love and keep. We do this through our SaaS product, which retailers implement on their e-commerce sites and mobile apps, and through unique partnerships with organizations who are redefining the future of shopping.
You will lead user research to understand our customer’s problems, analyze product requirements, uncover consumer pain points, and explore potential opportunities all with an eye to imagine and develop experiences that will inspire and delight consumers. You will create journey maps, flow diagrams, UX prototypes and help define & pitch solutions directly to our stakeholders.
COVID-19 and True Fit
While this role is based out of our Boston HQ, due to the ongoing response to COVID-19 all True Fit employees are working on a remote basis, with a return date TBD. Once our offices are reopened, we can remain flexible and work together on a schedule that best suits your needs at the time.
